Venice Palace in a Prime location

Beautiful historic palace in the Venice near the train station. Very convenient location. The apartment was on the 3rd floor which is accessed by a spiral staircase. We were greeted by Bepi who helped us with our bags. The apartment was exquisite and Prosecco and snacks were provided. An amazing getaway!

Beautiful space, Amazing location

This property in Venice is absolutely gorgeous, full of history and a dream location. The layout is a bit odd given it has been converted into an apartment over the years, but if you don’t mind sharing a bedroom as a pass-through to the bathroom and kitchen, it is something of a dream.in Venice you don’t want to spent much time inside of your apartment, but this space made it hard to want to leave. Kitchen was equipped and bathroom was nice, upgraded and clean. You must be aware of the spiral stairs as you enter, three floors up, pack lightly. They neighbors are also sensitive to noise so it is important to be respectful and quiet upon entering. The person who let us in was a delight, full of information about the building, its history and recommendations for Venice.

Elegance that transformed our honeymoon. Perfection.

It is an amazing place. It's figuratively and literally like staying in a palace. We love antiques and tradition so the place was perfect for us. If one enjoys history, you will like this. It's not an ultra modern place, and that's the point. This will be the first place that I will try to book when we come back to Venice. I am not sure how much more praise I can express beyond that. A perfect stay.

Venetian jewel

We have been very lucky to find apartment available for our short stay in Santa Croce palace, Venice. Apartment gave us an opportunity to experience venetian way of life. We absolutely loved the centuries old vibe of the apartment, its location (short walk from the train station), the fun courtyard and getting directly to our building doorstep via water taxi. There is a great grocery shop in a minute walk and a small cafe with coffee and pastries. I very seldom give reviews to places we stay but Santa Croce is absolutely worse it!!! We hope to come back soon.

Holidays in a Venetian Palazzo

My family enjoyed six beautiful days in a two bedroom apartment at Palazzo Gradenigo (2nd floor). The check-in procedure was very easy and done by a representative of the owner at the apartment without any waiting time. We entered Palazzo Gradenigo via a gorgeous entrance hall leading to an impressive stone spiral staircase.The two bedroom apartment was very spacious and clean and included a small kitchen and a separate living room. The ceilings and walls were decorated with old fresco paintings, which imparted the feeling to live in a historical Venetian palace. We would like to come back anytime.

Amazing Antique Apartment

The apartment is so lovely. The art on the wall and ceiling are beautiful. The entire building is like an antique. The entrance, the gate to the water, the lobby, the snail stairs, everything brought me back to the time of renaissance. It add great time to my traveling in Venice.

Beautiful apartment in a historic palace.

Excellent service. We were greeted at the train station upon arrival by the property manager who then led us to the property. Location is superb - close to everything, yet quiet. The palace is gorgeous, and the accommodations very clean and comfortable.

The pictures don't do it justice!

This apartment was absolutely amazing! The pictures give you an idea of how beautiful the apartment is but in person it is breath taking. Communication with the owner was easy and they did a great job of getting back to me and answering any question I had, and the gentleman who checked us in was so very patent with us and filled us in on some of the history behind the apartment. There are some tourist shops, restaurants, a store, and an ice cream stand close to the apartment. Very close to the train and bus station and we were even able to get the water taxi to drop us off at the back door of the apartment building. I would highly recommend this place to anyone!
