Super Lage, Ausstattung in die Jahre gekommen

Die tolle Lage reisst es raus. Die Wohnung ist groß und hell. Die Einrichtung sowie die BĂ€der aber teilweiße schon sehr abgewohnt und die Klimaanlage nur bedingt leistungsfĂ€hig. Im Haus wird zur Zeit heftig renoviert. Ich wĂŒrde die Wohnung nicht mit mehr als 4 Personen buchen.

Great property in the grand canal with a great view of gondolas and the water.Location is also fantastic with great access to local restaurants and the Ponte Di Rialto.One note is be sure of your route as google maps can give you wrong directions. I’d also encourage you consider private taxi too and from as they can get you within 25 feet of the front door. The property self is very well unkept and clean. Bathrooms were good and property is maintained well.

This apartment has a wonderful location and fantastic view. The welcome host met us promptly. The apartment was clean, spacious and well supplied. The furniture was a tad worn but the beds were comfortable and that view was postcard perfect.

We loved this place! Four senior adults for this stay so no young family or kids with us. Lovely views of the canal! Nicely located for our outings. Taking the trash out on specific days for such a short stay was our only negative. Maps, boat schedules and validation information and train information would have been helpful. We’d be happy to come back!

The property is ideally located on the Grand Canal affording great views. A vaporetto stop on the 1 line is 2 minutes away. The rooms are spacious. The kitchen is fully equipped although it would help to have some simple utensils- e.g. a spatula, a bread knife,etc. The television is ok, buttony and really only usiable by one bedroom. The staff we interacted with were professional and thorough. An excellent choice for a visit to Venice.

the kitchen had most of what you would expect, with one major faux pas...no cork screw. really? Also, only seasonings were salt and soy sauce. we planned to have breakfast at home and made due after purchasing a cork screw [not for breakfast].

I can’t say enough good things about this flat. The check-in was thorough with Sila. She showed us everything we needed to know about the place. The location was primo with a view straight out of a painting. 5 min from Rialto Bridge and more restaurants and shops than I could count. It was a pleasure to stay here. We are so blessed to have found it.

Venice was amazing. Our location was more amazing. No matter where we walked around the island we always somehow ended up by the apartment. Would love to stay for a full week next time so that we have more time to relax. The wifi went out for a day but the manager got the problem resolved.

Amazing views and central location are the highlights of these place. Loved watching the boats from the windows at all times of day. Everything is in easy walking distance from your doorstep. We ate at the restaurants along the river nearby and enjoyed being so close to the Rialto Bridge and main shopping area and water bus stop.The layout of the place is a little strange with the beds kind of in the lounge area and the wardrobe in the hallway but for us this was no problem and what we were expecting from the pictures.Overall it was perfect for us and we would stay here again. Incredible stay at a beautifully restored home right on the grand Canal

Everything about this day was perfect! The house was incredible and beautifully appointed with antique furniture and lots of conveniences like two Wi-Fi networks, lots of closet space, and a well appointed kitchen. Highly recommend staying here.

Cannot say enough about the location of this place. Great “neighborhood” having walked most of Venice in our stay. Right on a bus(boat) stop. Being on the grand canal and watching how the city operates via boat was very educational in itself. Property was more than enough space for 5 adults. Has great amenities etc. If I went back would I stay there again? Probably wouldn’t even look at any other properties.

Great location! Close to everything including dining, water taxis, shopping etc! The accommodations were large and very spacious and we felt safe. Bedrooms are large and ample room for everything. Could have used a more detailed cleaning in the bathrooms. We would definitely stay here again for the location alone.

Wow! Can you say authentic?

This flat was 3 minute walk from the Vaporetto stop! We had no issues getting to or from our flat. The flat was right on the grand canal! We felt like royalty. Check in was great and gave us great ideas and help for the area.We feel that staying in this local made the trip 100% better. We just throughly enjoyed everything about the flat!

Perfect location!

Beautifully location, right on the grand canal

This is a beautiful location, right on the grand Canal. That’s plenty of windows, and lots of space as it is a large apartment. It is also very close to a Vaporeto stop, which is important for getting around. Also has restaurants close by. And grocery stores. It is an older unit, but the kitchen and bathrooms have been upgraded and were very helpful. If you like coffee in the morning, bring your own coffee pods, as they have a coffee maker, but no pods.It is on the first floor of the building, and has stairs. No elevator for this unit.
