Great location just outside of the busy San Marco area, but very accessible to it. Exceptional staff. Alex at the front desk was the pinnacle of service. Pretty easy and fast water taxi to the airport (snd Tronchetto)…note, water taxi not public desperate. Rooms are classic Venetian style, giving you the full experience.

The quintessential Venetian hotel opulent, all the amenities and extremely friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was so comfortable and cool ( June stay that temps exceeded 95 F during day) we slept til Noon one day! Easy walk to San Marco. Our water taxi brought us right to private dock which made arrival and departure a lovely experience! Thank you Sam and all the staff for taking great care of us! Can’t wait to return soon!

We were scammed

The hotel charged us 2x as much to book a water taxi to the airport as they did for the friends we traveled with. We booked a water taxi for the same number of guests and same amount of luggage. The hotel was lovely but I would avoid booking anything additional with them.
