This is the second time we have stayed here. The first visit was several years ago and they have done a full renovation and the place is beautiful. Its is small but perfect and location to local attractions is just a short walk. I would stay again.

Carolina immediately greeted us with warmth, hospitality and kindness. She was genuine, helpful and the best host we had throughout our entire stay in Italy. I am so grateful that she allowed us to check in early and leave our luggage in storage as soon as we arrived so that we could actually enjoy the day in Venice without having to worry about our luggage. The room was clean, modern and comfortable with fluffy pillows. The bathroom was clean, spacious and up to date. The location of this hotel and proximity to Rialto, the Grand Canal and walkable distance to absolutely everything we needed in Venice was the highlight of accommodations for me. I would absolutely stay here again. I would also recommend to anyone who is visiting Venice for the first time. I can’t say enough good things about this hotel! Thank you again Carolina for making us feel welcome and at home!!!

Very good location.

The place is in a very good location, just about 4 minute walk to Rialto Bridge, lots of shops and restaurants just few steps away. The bed is comfortable. The room and bathroom, overall are clean and there’s an elevator to upper floors. We had a problem with the AC and the staff tried to fix it and told us that the number shows 25 degrees but it’s actually 16, however, it was warm in our room and does not feel like 16 degrees. The staff are very nice and helpful. We would stay again in this hotel if given a room with a working air conditioner.

hidden but delightful

Interesting to find but a real discovery, clean, quiet, with good aircon. Only a stone's throw from the Rialto Bridge with a great little bar on the corner serving nice Cicchetti

Staff was great. Location, a little hard to find but great area. It was clean, modernized and comfortable. Only minor problem was size of our shower. We are average size people but the shower was very small. Would definitely stay again.

Perfect location

The staff is wonderful the location is perfect . I took off a star because of the bar below our room. It is loud. There is nothing the hotel can do about this just be aware it is there. They are very responsive in their messaging. Request a room on a higher floor away from the bar. There is an elevator.
