The location is far away from the Venice city, its located in a rural location, this place would ideal for someone who plans to spend a long vacation, its a bit far from the train station, I did not feel safe walking in the night, its pretty dark around that area. Staff was very friendly.

If the ac was working better I would go again but had to leave the window open which brought in extra bugs. The staff is nice and really helpful. The rooms are fine and clean, though the place does look old. For a short period of time there was a smell of cigarettes in the room of unknown origin. The staff was kind at check-in and the check-out was smooth. However, the property is not at all as advertised. They did not specify that the washrooms were communal, and after driving for an entire day, we were looking forward to showering before our early flights the next day. The bathrooms were dirty, the bidet did not work and my friend had to fix the shower himself. There were also no blow dryers. Our room was stuffy and the air conditioning did not work despite using the remote to lower the room temperature. Overall, we had a very disappointing experience here and we would recommend you take your money elsewhere.
