No AC, most rooms have no elevator access.

Hotel amenities says has elevator and AC. When we arrived our room was on 4th floor with elevator only going to 2nd floor. Two floors of stairs with luggage climbing and we find room is hot. When we asked the front desk we were told it is just starting to warm so they have not started AC yet. Seriously! Two nights of bad sleep because without AC the room is hot and when the windows are opened it is too noisy outside.

This was an excellent location for getting around, but the noise levels were much higher than I expected. It starts around 5:30am with all the venders and their dollys. In the day/evening it’s the water bus stop and all the crowds on the bridge. The Wi-Fi is sub par. 1-2 bars when you have it. However the staff and breakfast set up are definitely 5 star!

The location was great and the views amazing only draw back the building is old and a maze of stairs and floors. The listing just said it had a lift but it doesn’t say that the lift doesn’t go to all floors. My husband walks with a cane and our room was on the third floor which the elevator doesn’t go to you have to get off on the 2nd and then walk 3 flights of stairs to the room. Not sure why 3 flights of stairs as when we checked in the concierge said it was 3 stairs! Not quite lol all-in-all it was a bit of a struggle but we made the best of it.

What a great place to stay! The staff were all very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The only thing I would say is don't leave your windows open at night, the mosquitos will invade!! Other than that would recommend and stay here again.

We had a front facing room on the top floor overlooking the Rialto Bridge and the canal. Enjoyed opening the window and watching the crowd on the bridge and on the canal. Nice breakfast, friendly staff, and very central to all the major attractions.

Pretty single room overlooking the Rialto Bridge, very comfortable. Reception staff very pleasant and helpful. Other staff the same. Entrance foyer is upmarket but the hallways to bedrooms could do with a freshen up. I really enjoyed my stay.
