We had a great time. Frederica was excellent! She gave us some great recommendations on restaurants in the area, Guna in particular. It was so good we went twice! Great food and service. We also went to AI Grill on our last night. Very good too. The only downside was getting directions on the water taxi as we were leaving. Unfortunately took the one as instructed and was the wrong one. A very long ride and fortunately our train was running late and we were able to make it. Not knowing the trains was our fault but maybe a bit more clear picture of which would have been better.

Average hotel, expensive, not worth the money

Due to booking error, we had to make a last minute reservation. Reviews mentioned friendly courteous staff, etc. The staff were unfriendly, some down right rude. Only on our last evening, making arrangements for a water taxi did we meet a staff member who was helpful and polite. After spending ALOT of money to stay at this hotel, they charge extra for a mediocre breakfast buffet. The room they put us in was barely 10’ x10’, the shower flooded out the bathroom every day. The only thing it has going for it is the location, walking distance to everywhere.

This Hotel is located right at a Water Bus Stop. Easy to access without rolling your luggage thru the streets. Our room (502) was small but clean and comfortable. Breakfast was good and there was a nice garden as well. This location has some great history being a theater where Antonio Vivaldi stated his career 400 years ago. I Would Stay Here Again!

The breakfast was good with lots of choices. The hotel location was great. Close to the water bus for transportation, close to restaurants and shopping area. I found the room to be very small. The beds were too close to the wall with a TV set which I bumped my arm in several times.
