Beautiful Beach House

Our visit to Ventura at this home was great from beginning to end. The owners were very helpful during the booking process and the SunnyDays management folks were more than accommodating during our stay. The location is wonderful, close to the beach, trail and town. The home itself is large and airy, well stocked for anything you need, and the views from every room are stunning. All levels of the home have an outside area to hear and smell the ocean air. We hated to leave.

Amazing stay!

This house is wonderful for family gatherings. It was well stocked with all the essentials, very clean, well maintained, and in a lovely location right along the beach. The owner and property manager were extremely gracious and communicative. We would love to come back again for another family gathering!

Relaxing beach stay

The house and location were beautiful. House was clean and spacious. Kitchen was a dream! We enjoyed our time here. We were able to enjoy the ocean and sun from the upper balcony while our son napped. The neighborhood was also very quiet. Would love to stay here again!

Perfect Spot for Mountains 2 Beach Marathon

Me and my running team booked this spot for the 2024 Mountains to Beach Marathon. It was located just a couple of blocks away from the finish line, making this a convenient spot for us. The house itself is huge, spacious, clean, and beautiful! We absolutely loved our stay here. Communication with our hosts was easy and seamless. Would 100% recommend for a family or group of friends! The elevator came in very handy after the marathon!

Beautiful Beach Home

This house is more beautiful than the photos! It’s close to the beach on lovely and quiet street and feels like a retreat. All the rooms are very private and everyone had access to their own space without feeling crowded. We loved the gorgeous kitchen and big dining room and living room for the family to hang out together. We also enjoyed taking the beach chairs down to the beach for sunset. Will come back!

Great Family property

We booked this property at the last minute to celebrate my Mother’s 75th birthday with 10 members of our family. Suzanne was so helpful, prompt, and accommodating with the booking and extremely generous to allow us to stay on such short notice. The property was just as amazing as it looks in the pictures. Steps from the beach and very well appointed, especially the kitchen. We loved our stay and hope to be back someday.

Great Location

Everything was great except there was no AC and I could not find where that was disclosed anywhere. I found out from the owner when they came to help with an unrelated issue. Other than that it was a great place, good amount of space and only steps away from the beach!

Girls trip

Great house with a nice ocean view. Beds were very comfy. Owner of the house gave us restaurant suggestions. Rumfish and Spasso were really good places to eat. Ventura is a charming town.

Amazing House!

We celebrated my husband's 40th birthday with a group of friends. The location is perfect, steps away from the beach. There was enough room for our group of 12, made of of 8 adults and 4 kids ages 5-8. The house has everything you need for a beach weekend. We would love to stay again!

50th Anniversary Mini Gathering

All of our guests loved your spacious home for a limited, multigenerational gathering of friends and family, age-range--76 to 7! All the amenities were greatly appreciated, and we liked the nice artwork on the walls. Loved the view from the windows and balconies, and the short walk to the beach. Our favorite outing: An e-ticket boat ride to Santa Cruz Island, including hiking and snorkeling. We will highly recommend your home to our friends.

Great property

The house was terrific! Great location, new and modern, and close to the beach which was never really crowded. The outdoor shower was definitely a plus for feet and the grandkids who were full of sand. Furnishings were great, everything was comfortable, parking for five cars (there’s no other parking close by) and it even has an elevator. Owners and property manager were great to deal with. Would definitely recommend.

Wonderful beach rental

I very much enjoyed our stay. The house is great. It has everything you need, was clean and spacious and of course it steps from the beach. There is ample parking, too. The neighborhood feels quiet and safe. The beach is lovely. The house is quiet large so you don’t feel cramped at all. The elevator made it a breeze to bring up our bags. My 3 year old loved it, too. I would definitely rent again.

Family celebration

This house was superb! Everything was lovely and so great for a family vacation. We did the channel Islands and this was a perfect place to stay. The only regret we have is that we couldn’t enjoy the house more since we were gone most days. I highly recommend it!

Excellent stay!

We had a moms weekend away here and it was a great stay! The house is so clean and well appointed. You can tell a lot of thought and care goes into making sure guests are comfortable and enjoy their time here. When we were first arriving, there was a bit of a delay between when we called the property manager to let him know we were 30 min away and when he got back to us, but it was not that big of a deal. We'd love to stay again some other time!
