While I appreciate the fact that Travelers Inn is primely located in Ventura, I felt that all the amenities were lacking. The pillows on the bed were small and flat, the sheets were stiff and starchy, and there was no comforter on the bed, only a blanket that did not seem very clean. All the walls were stained or had dirt on them, you couldnāt keep the window open in the bathroom, and we were not provided any soap. We had troubles getting the door of the room to sit properly in the doorframe, and couldnāt get the deadbolt to engage properly from the outside. There was an AC unit which was nice but it was very weak and needed to run for quite sometime before cooling the room down at at all. When going to the bathroom at night we also noticed cockroaches running around in the bathroom. Overall, if itās just a place to sleep it is alright, but if you were planning on spending any time within your room beyond that it would be pretty lacking.
