Our maintenance team works every day to ensure that the state of the facilities is adequate, so if at any time there is any object inside the outdoor pool they immediately proceed to remove it, keep in mind that in This area and at the time in which you stayed have been alerted by strong winds and it may happen that some object falls into the pool. Also indicate that access to the Spa as to the outdoor pool, meeting rooms and Pro shop is marked inside the Hotel both in the distributors of the different floors of the hotel and in the reception area. In relation to your incident in the Spa, we are surprised that at no time have you addressed the staff of the reception of the Spa or the reception of the Hotel since we have medical attention in case one of our clients might need it.
