it’s right in front of harbor so that’s cool. all the vendors and shops near by is convenient. the main plaza with better restaurants and live music is about 7 blocks away and lots of other shops on the way there.

We had a wonderful stay at the Emporio Hotel in Veracruz. When we arrived, our original room wasn’t quite ready, but the staff quickly took care of the situation and upgraded us to a better room. The upgraded room had an absolutely amazing view—especially perfect since it was carnival time! We had a fantastic experience. Thank you to the staff for making our stay so enjoyable!

The employees. Very friendly, the room I give a 6 the terrible thing and for the price you pay was the bathroom in very poor condition the bathroom door was coming off, no hooks where to hang clothes, very cramped and small, leaking badly painted, shower keys in poor condition very unpleasant bathroom in a nutshell.

I booked this hotel on same day in an emergency as we did not like our other hotel. It was a relief to find availability at Emporio! We loved everything, details do matter and this hotel was full of them. From the shampoo and conditioner made with honey, to the awesome and delicious variety of baked goods, this hotel provided comfort, security and an awesome pool and hot tub to relax and refresh! Also, it is conveniently located at the port! Has an amazing view of mega ships coming and going, so free entertainment; also, it is close to all the important events, markets and museums.

The hotel is fine. But for its location and posibilitues, it left a lot to be desired. I had a room with a terrible view. I understand that you can’t always control what surrounds yo. My view was of the other balconies belonging to the hotel. The building needs a paint job and the balconies were black from mold or bird droppings. The resssurant used to be decent. Not anymore. There was no one in the restaurant and I called out. No one Came. I had to go into the kitchen and find someone. There was a young lady there who tried to make the best out of it. I have been staying there for close to 12 years if not longer. I don’t believe I will be staying there again.

Beautiful property and beautiful location. I love the fact that they have the pool, which in our stay. The big one was not working, but the indoor was nice and warm and outdoor little small, but fantastic for a Swim my hats up, especially for the manager Mr. Antonio, for a good service
