Nice clean hotel but you can earn everything outsi

The hotel looks good is real clean the receptionist is really nice but the location is a real bad location after 6pm is nothing open around and the only place to eat is a dominós pizza is the most terrible pizza ever everything is to far from the hotel you will have to be local to be able to move around the room they give to us is nice real clean but at was really noisy you can eat everything outside every car every person the walk on the street I really don’t recommend sorry

No dormimos por el excesivo ruido de la carretera

A la llegada nos dieron otra habitación y luego nos cambiaron a la nuestra que era excesivamente ruidosa, solicitamos un cambio de habitación a una interna de las mismas características y nos cobraban casi 50% más del costo original, además de que nos indicaron que no sirve su terminal y tuvimos que pagar en efectivo.

Terrible, el estacionamiento era un motel adjunto, hay que bajarse a avisar para que abran el porton y tardan lo que quieran en abrir.. el ruido del tráfico no deja dormir!!! Faltaba una persiana en una ventana y toda la luz entraba, el colchón con plastico puesto y era un ruidero cuando se acomodaba uno para dormir.. FATAL, jamás volvería, ni deben publicarlo aquí

Instalaciones sucias Ventanas y baños empañados con manchas Muebles deteriorados Paredes sucias Cortina de baño rota, el tubo es estaba cayendo Pésimo servicio del personal de recepción Las imágenes que suben en internet están convincentes pero ya estando en el hotel es un poco decepcionante, un foco fundido, la chapa de la puerta no está en condiciones de seguridad Lo único aceptable es una farmacia Guadalajara a un costado del hotel

Muy molesto!!!

Malísima Experiencia deje olvidados dos cargadores de mis celulares y según a camarista no los reporto me parece muy deshonesto que por 2 cargadores expongan su prestigio como Hotel, Por otro lado llame por que no me han enviado mi factura y la señorita que me atendió con muy malas respuestas me dijo que no había nadie para ver lo de mi factura, que si gustaba hablara mañana, pésima atención, le dije que sus horarios de servicio de facturación estaban hasta la 8 pm y me dijo que la señorita se iba a las 4 en verdad estoy muy molesto, espero que ustedes con esta informacion me puedan apoyar ya mínimo con mi factura, los cargadores pues que se los queden no hay problema.

Aunque la atención es muy buena, al hotel le hacen falta cuidados en general como manijas de puertas viejas y/o descompuestas, el clima de ventana demasiado ruidoso como para dormir por la tarde y tanto como para subirle demasiado el volúmen a la pantalla para escucharla, hay pocas opciones en el menú, solo hay un contacto para ser habitación doble y si se desean conectar varios dispositivos no hay opción, pareciera hotel de paso, aclaro la atención del personal es buena

Terrible mi estancia. La habitación y baño sucios

Desde que llegas la atención para el check in fue mala. La habitación y el baño sucios falta limpieza no había toallas ni agua caliente. El estacionamiento es en la calle. En general muy malo.
