Cozy apartment in the village of El Vergel with rooftop pool and beautiful views of the Segaria mountain.
The apartment is located in a beautiful and recently renovated building, on the second floor with elevator, has a living-dining room with air conditioning hot / cold, 2 double bedrooms (one with two single beds and one with a bed of 150cm), 1 bathroom with bathtub and a toilet, well equipped open kitchen. From the living room and the master bedroom there is an access to the balcony with table and chairs.
The apartment is fully furnished and equipped with everything you need for a relaxing vacation; washing machine, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, etc. .... Spanish TV.
On the roof terrace there is a communal pool and beautiful views of the Segaria mountain and the sea.
Quiet location in the village of El Vergel. Consum supermarket is within walking distance from the apartment, several restaurants and bars, pharmacy... within walking distance. The beach is about 4.5 km away. And the shopping center El Portal de la Marina is 5 min away by car.
Denia is 7 km away and can be easily reached by car in 10 minutes. Denia and its surroundings offer a great infrastructure and a wide range of possibilities for your leisure time, marina, fish market, beautiful old town, as well as an excellent gastronomic offer, without forgetting its nightlife. The 20 km of beach have possibilities for all tastes, areas to practice different water sports, beach bars, sunbathing areas, beautiful coves. Dénia is located in the middle of Valencia and Alicante, the airports of both cities are about one hour and ten minutes away by car. In 20 min., maximum one hour, you can visit other places on the coast such as Javea, Calpe, Altea, Benidorm, Alicante in the south and Oliva, Gandia, Valencia in the north. 2 golf courses are only 10 km from the villa: Oliva Nova Golf and La Sella Golf.
