I liked the location, there was a lot of restaurants around. The hotel itself was nice but I think they were quite short staffed, house keeping only came in once in our 4 day stay and only changed garbages & towels. Staff was pleasant , just busy. The pillows & beds were comfortable, continental breakfast was decent although the coffee wasn't very good.

While sitting on the outdoor patio during breakfast, the door would lock. Guests attempted to prop the door open but the staff insisted this was not allowed as mice would enter. The staff refused to unlock the door and said we could walk around the building if needed.

Our bed sheets had stains on them which we requested replacement for and were denied. Additionally, the mini refrigerator in the room wasn’t working, and I informed the staff that I required it for baby milk storage. However, they informed me that they had no maintenance people for it. Furthermore, the front desk staff exhibited unprofessional and impolite behaviour.

was noisy our first night (could hear every footstep above us). The room was clean and had plenty of room. Bathroom had plenty of towels and clean. For the breakfast they could have had an extra waffle maker so the lineups were not as big. I did not even had one the second morning as waiting was not worth it. Staff was very friendly!

Unfortunately, the first room had a dirty bathroom with no shampoo or soap. There was splashes of something on the mirror and around the desk. I had to go back down and ask for a cleaner room thankfully they had the space so there is no issues there.
