Clean room and great kitchen area. The complimentary breakfast was very good. Coffee was not very good unfortunately. The hot tub was amazing and the pool was clean. The staff was very helpful. Great location, close to many good restaurants.

On the main road at a busy intersection. Requesting a back room would be ideal to reduce traffic noise. Otherwise good value for our stay.

It is OK

The hotel is okay overall, but the breakfast was disappointing. The coffee was poor quality, and the selection was very limited. Also, room cleaning is not provided daily unless you specifically request it. For the price, I think the hotel should review the quality of its services and improve these aspects.

Dirty, dead bugs on floor in bathroom. Pool had a hairball the size of a soft ball drifting around. Hot tub was low and foamy with filth. Nice check in staff, notes up around saying that the staff are assigned towels and if they are stolen, the cleaners are docked off their pay cheque so the customer would be charged if towels were taken. Not seen that one before.
