We stay every year but the communication this time was not as friendly or efficient. Check in no welcomed us ir smiled and thebreception dodntbteaf my request for upper floor view room they gave us a ground level room looking out on the ugly dead grass courtyard which we would not have stayed in. To npt read a regular cystomer messages abd guve us worst rooms wasnt a good start. I asked for a broom change which they did but it felt awkward to ask. We asked for late check outbwhich was granted but that wasnt passed along so we were woken with a check out reminder. The hotel restaraunt isnt open.never is nut its innecpensive clean and thebroom is confortable beds clean and comfy. Just was a shame it wasnt friendly. I think its up for sale

Misleading reviews on Orbitz, Filthy, vagrants wandering on premises, extremely unsafe. The hotel was NOTHING LIKE THE REVIEWS and unable to get a refund. The room was dirty, extremely low standards, tiny dirty toilet. Overturned chairs and newspapers scattered around premises.

Room has many little things that can be fixed or replaced. Bathroom looks terrible , part of the ceiling collapsing , aluminum trim around little table is coming off, very dangerous , somebody can easily trip, fall of get a nail poked through their feet. Phone charger by TV won’t work. Door has a difficult time shutting .

This was a very disappointing hotel. It is not what the pictures show in the description. Holes in the curtains, very noisy air conditioner, and just generally not maintained. We had reserved a pet-friendly room and that could not be accommodated. We ended up leaving without even spending the night.
