Friendly efficient staff. Room clean & comfortable, especially the bed. The air con was noisy & The Castle is next to the highway; otherwise great place for a one night stop. The bistro was excellent.

We loved staying at here! The room was super spacious, comfortable and had everything we needed. The restaurant next door was great. The views were great, and only 25 min from skiing!

The Castle at Swan Lake is amazingly nice. It is like renting an immaculate private suite with full kitchen rather than your typical hotel room. The staff was great too. I would definitely stay there again.

All around great place to stay. Friendly staff. Immaculate, quiet , spacious , cozy. Bed is more comfortable than mine at home. Location with lake view is great. Big windows . Of course if doors open can head traffic but it’s winter. My doors are closed ☺️. I think most of us are our in day anyways.

Bathroom was awful. Sink they have there is a joke Sits way too high. Shower didn’t work. Really hard to turn on and when it did it barely dribbled out. Told the front desk this first morning and he said they would look at it but nothing was fixed or communicated to us. So no shower at all the second morning for us. Terrible experience. And only three Kueriug coffee pods for two days. Nothing refreshed after the first night.
