Beautifu Location, But Cleanliness Needs Improveme

The beach view is absolutely amazing, and the hotel’s location deserves a full 5/5. Unfortunately, the cleanliness did not meet expectations. The bathtub was heavily stained and the drain was not working properly. Walking around the room with socks quickly made them dirty, which showed how unclean the carpet was as well. Overall, while the location is outstanding, the lack of cleanliness really took away from the experience.

I was right on the beach, visible from my room. Cindy at the front desk was amazingly friendly and accommodating! I will say, I stayed an extra 2 days and got a better price directly thru the hotel. They staff stays on top of cleaning rooms and providing clean towels.1 setback, the parking area is very dark.

We had ground floor facing the ocean. It was wonderful. The staff was veery helpful, the room was clean and very comfortable. The restaurant and bar area was very reasonable. I extended my stay for two extra days, it was so nice. I'll be back again.

We stayed for two days they never collected our trash or give us fresh towels or made our bed on the second day. There’s no microwave in the room. But the view of the ocean on the balcony was fabulous
