We stayed 9 nights. Adequate for our needs. Place is set up like a small apartment. Nice sized shower considering the small space. Lots of towels. Bed mattress was quite soft. Communication response time with host was very good. There is an almost constant electrical buzz where the fridge is. It took a few days to get used to that. One afternoon there was a constant pounding that the host said was jack hammering in the neighbourhood. Another day they were cleaning and the moving/dragging of furniture was overly loud. They did stop when I messaged them about it.Several times (too many) there was nowhere to park because you can only park on one side of their street and the yards are so small you can't park in front of most of them. We were told we had to drive to the next street on the hill to try to find parking there and walk all the way back; equivalent of about two blocks. If you don't have a vehicle it won't matter. It was a nice enough place.
Property owner was prompt to reply to opportunity entering property. Perfect size for our worker who was on the island for a short work job. Clean and comfortable. Thank you for the great stay!
Very clean comfortable space. Well equipped with stuff needed for a stay. No full kitchen but had microwave fridge kurig dishes kettle.
Nice personal touch the host left snacks. Coffee tea.
Very comfortable bed. Luxurious bedding.
Thank you for the stay. I will definitely recommend
The property is brand new. The VRBO studio is on the ground floor of a 3-story townhome (the owner occupies the upper floors). There is significant noise from the 2nd floor, both foot noise and vacuuming. Parking is NOT good. We wedged our fairly small vehicle in between the driveway of the property and the neighboring property. This morning, there was a fairly terse note left on our windshield from the next door neighbor, who felt like we had blocked her driveway. For whatever reason, the entire street was filled with vehicles. The parking dilemma needs to be addressed. There was (on our first night) a very strong odor of curry (obviously being cooked upstairs). That odor caused my partner respiratory issues. We did enjoy the details of coffee pods and a small fridge/freezer along with a microwave. The bed was just fine, and the couches were quite comfortable.
This little apartment was very nice. It had all the basics that you would need for a short stay. The apartment is in the basement so you hear the host above at all hours, but nothing that stopped us from a good sleep as the bed was very comfy. It would help if the host had instructions on how to work the smart tv as us not so smart guests could not figure it out. The main detriment we found was the parking. There is only parking on the street and it is very limited. When we came home later in the evening we had to park in a no parking zone. Other than that, we had a great stay and would like to thank our host for everything.
Very nice stay in this cute unit. Things to note. There is no freezer in the mini fridge, so you can't make ice. There was a lufa thing in the shower that we were not sure if it was new, and parking on the street was very limited
