Check-in was slow, waited for customers ahead of struggling with the disgusting process. We struggled also, entering personal info on a touch screen that could be barely seen. Desk person refused to enter info in his computer from my ID that had demographic information. Dirty,cluttered hallways. Room was.clean. Toilet was so low and small, jammed under a shelf so that lid and seat wouldn't stay up for male use.. Breakfast had good selection and was tasty.

We have stayed in many hotels in Victoria and have always said we need to stay at the Huntington one day. We are sorry we waited so long. It’s a beautiful historic building with modern amenities and renovated rooms. Our room had everything we needed including the kitchen. Ideal for short or longer stays. The well staffed kitchen provided a great buffet breakfast that was included to make the stay even more economical. an added bonus was 4 hours of free charging for our EV. I didn’t spend a penny on fuel on this trip from Vancouver.

We were delighted with our stay at your hotel. Check-in was smooth and friendly, and our room was perfect! The bed was supremely comfortable, and we appreciated the pillows too. We also had high tea at the Pendray Inn, which was marvelous. We will definitely book another stay there soon!

This is an old property which requires quite a bit of maintenance. The rooms were clean and comfortable enough, but the hotel itself is very run down. It could be beautiful, but seems to have suffered years of neglect.

The area was very well located with an awesome view of the harbour The hotel itself is outdated. The showerhead was like needles. The refrigerator in our room ran all night And the toilet would not fill up with water therefore you couldn't flush the toilet we had to keep fixing it ourselves The only other negative thing is, I felt like I was in Mexico for a bit because everywhere was please tip. This is how you can tip.
