Nestled in the heart of Langford, BC, this charming 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom home offers the perfect escape for families and friends. Enjoy stunning lake views and direct water access right from your doorstep!


The space

Located in a peaceful shores of Langford Lake in Victoria's bustling west shore. The cozy suite is located on the lower level of a house and you have access to the entire lower floor with a spacious living room, fully equipped kitchen, and dining area. There is also a shared laundry area with a washer and dryer.

It's just minutes from downtown Langford with a huge selection of shops, restaurants, grocery stores, the new Westshore YMCA, and Starlight Stadium.


Guest access

NOTE! The upper level of the home is occupied by long-term tenants, and the backyard and dock are shared spaces with them.

House Rules:

-There is no smoking on the property ( including vaping )
-Parties and loud noises will not be tolerated
-Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am to respect all neighbours.
-NO PETS allowed
-Only the number of registered guests are allowed to stay in the house
