Room was clean and hotel close to everything. There was a government strike and protesters outside our room window. Constant noise with music and car honking from 8am to 5pm. Too many homeless in the area with feces and garbage on the sidewalk near the hotel. Pool was also not open

Stay was good. Location is excellent. Room was nice and service staff was excellent. However, it should be made clearer in promotional materials that there is no air conditioning in any of the rooms. Our room had a small fan and the windows opened, but even in late September, the room at times was uncomfortably warm.

We were very sad to arrive and find out that the pool was closed as that was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. It would have been nice if we had been advised of this beforehand. We were also surprised that the restaurant was closed, too. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful with all our questions. We will consider staying there again the location is really good for any downtown activity.

The location is the only plus.

The location was great. The hotel was old and it’s sad that we have to pay that much for a mediocre hotel. I doubt my room had anything remodelled since building many years ago. The parking was limited and I know for a fact that many people flew in my group. If we’d all have cars, we would’ve been in trouble.

The hotel is in a good location. However, be aware that the staff only answer when asked; they are not proactive. For example, they did not mention at check-in that the pool was out of service. Housekeeping is not provided every day, and you need to ask if you want additional coffee pods for stays longer than two nights. Parking is available on the premises—it’s a bit small, but manageable if you’re not moving your car often. Also, there is no air conditioning in the rooms. A small fan is provided, but it isn’t quite enough for the size of the room, which was larger than expected.

Looks like room hasn’t been deeply cleaned in ages. Drawers are dirty , curtains are ripped and coffee machine is nasty never been cleaned. More worse to it found a lot of hair everywhere in the bathroom, in the bath tub also which is causing the drain line bathtub to be blocked and water does back up while having shower. Property manager really needs to look into these aspects.
