In a quiet part of Victoria within walking distance to Fisherman's Wharf even for our aged legs. Late night dog walks felt safe. Staff was kind, accomodating when a promoted service was not available. Communication could have been better. The small restaurant did gourmet tacos that we really enjoyed. Would recommend highly to anyone looking for clean, safe, affordable luxury while staying in Victoria.

The restaurant is in the Hotel but part of a different Company, so meals and drinks cannot be put on your hotel bill. The only small issue in the bedroom is the bed pillows are large and very high which can give you neck pain

Staff were excellent and very accommodating. Our room was clean and well-equipped. It was perfect for our purposes. Unfortunately the Internet was down for a few hours when we arrived and we missed a NHL playoff game. The parking garage was a little difficult to maneuver - awkward with the door opening having to be accessed on the left side rather than in the middle and the collection of items on P2 seemed strange. Perhaps closing in the storage would make the parking garage more professional

Great location, easy to walk around and find lovely places to eat and drink. Appreciated the pay laundry, although you need to buy a card or use app not use coins and hotel gives you 2 laundry tabs. The room was well equipped but as stated no air con but fan and door open was fine. Some of the cabinets showing signs of wear and limited supplies of dishes (no cereal bowls). Housekeeping were a bit hit and miss, no toilet paper refresh 1 day and a plaster from previous guest stuck to bathroom floor entire time and didnt appear to do much bar empty bin. All in all a good stay but could be great

Beautiful hotel, staff was great! Location was also super convenient and the lobby and room was very tastefully decorated, the only issue is the coffee maker was dirty. The water reservoir had hair and dirty inside. In addition, the bed was not the comfiest, the mattress and pillows were well on the firmer side. Would definitely stay again though!
