Horrible room !! Old and falling apart ,, still has carpet from 100 years ago that stink bathtub peeling no shower head walls dirty and cigarette burns everywhere… outlet didn’t work roaches and lamp didn’t work these rooms need to be deep cleaned and remodeled .. nothin good about this hotel expect quick check in
I ended up extending my stay for about two weeks the two weeks I was there they did not change my bedsheets or come in and clean my room prior to get into the room. It smelled like smoke. It was black.
Stay was at least livable if you had to go there or nowhere else to go. Booking was easy but as far as room goes , absolutely horrible and disgusting!! Room smelled so bad some lights didn’t work cold water didn’t turn on there was roaches on table and gnat and bugs swarming in sink. I notified front desk and they just said sorry that’s it and wouldn’t even provide me with any disenfectant or cleaning supplies.. hard to sleep with so much traffic and arguing going on in parking lot. Seems it was a haven for drug addicts .. totally wouldn’t recommend staying here at all !!!
It looked nothing like the pictures not even close not the same bed not the same TV same nightstand. The TV was sitting on a dining room table that was bowling in the middle with all these cords coming off in the sun like hole in the wall none of the drawers had front covers on it so it was like the drawers ripped out the one drawer that was there wouldn’t close The bed when you sat on it sink in the middle completely like it was broken. I would really like a refund. How do I go about that?

I usually like this place but I'm not sure where the regular front desk guy was but this guy told me it would be $60 then charged my card $70, he was very very unfriendly in a small was intimidating and everything after that pretty much sucked
Stains all over the room. Heater wasn’t working, it was cold the entire time. Broken rack for clothes.

While housekeeping was helpful in getting us back into the room after the deadbolt accidentally kept us locked out the only time they came into the room was when we were gone for the day and the only thing that was done was change the trash can and replace the towels. Otherwise housekeeping would bang, not knock, on the door to ask if we needed anything then made us go get the towels to bring to them in exchange. Beds were never remade on the day they came into the room. Do not disturb sign was not provided in the room. The room also had very poor lighting, the main source having to be sunlight through the
