Personal eher „reserviert“ freundlich. Geschätzt habe ich, dass ich bei Bezug sofort ein anderes Zimmer bekam, da das mir zugeteilte stark nach Rauch roch. Bettdecke zu dünn für Ende Sommer mit kühleren Nächten. Preis-/Leistung ok. Zentrale Lage. Viel Restaurants in der Umgebung. Nähe Naschmarkt.

Lieder war das zimmer nicht sauber. Das Personal an der Rezeption war nicht besonders freundlich. Das Hotel ist generall sehr hellhöhrig, vor allem die Abwasserleitungen sind deutlich zu hören. Das Frühstück war OK.

The property is ideally located for a short visit to Vienna. Naschmarkt, just a couple of mins walk has lots of good restaurants. City not much further. Room was OK but tired. Tea/coffee provided but had to ask for milk. Were told it's not provided but they did get some from the kitchen. Beds were made daily, but tea/coffee not replenished and used sachets/cups (paper) not cleared away. Mini bar prices provided but no drinks in the fridge. We thought we should tell reception in case they thought we'd drunk the lot :-) We were told they don't put drinks in the fridge - other than 2 bottles of complimentary water (sparkling). Staff were OK and answered questions but service with a smile would have been nice.

We were happy with our stay at the Carlton Opera with only a few regrets. Upon our arrival, a rather surly porter took our bags up to our room via the elevator and grumbled about his $ 3.00 tip where others elsewhere had been happy with their tip. Breakfast was very good, but no other meals were offered. The room was fine except for the TV which had a weird system of set and cable-box; the remotes would not turn on the set and gave their options in Spanish only. The first night we had no TV, and the second night I found the secret--switch the TV on and off manually... Vienna itself was hot, and required much walking. The hotel was not as near to the centre of things as it was nowhere near the State Opera. All in all, though, a good experience.

A nice hotel (we stayed in an apartment) with a plentiful breakfast. The apartment showed a bit wear and tear but was well worth the money. The old wooden floor was pretty noisy and not so clean. Good Wi-Fi and excellent location and would recommend.

Einfach aber gut. In einer noch zentralen aber ruhigen Lage findet man einen einfaches Zimmer ohne Designzutaten aber mit dem Charm eines alten Wiener Hauses. Die Umgebung nahe Naschmarkt bietet Kneipen und Restaurants, zu den touristischen Attraktionen und Museen ist es zu Fuß nicht weit. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider ist der Frühstücksraum im Souterrain ziemlich eng und stickig, das Frühstück selbst ist reichhaltig, wenn auch nicht alles von super Qualität ist. Insgesamt eine preisgünstige und preiswerte Übernachtung.

Ein schönes Hotel; uneingeschränkt zu empfehlen!

Für eine kurze Wienreise haben wir uns dieses Hotel ausgesucht. Wir fanden es in jeder Hinsicht toll: Ambiente, Lage, Service. Es ist nur ein kurzer Fußweg zum Naschmarkt, und auch bis zum Stephansdom ist es ein angenehmer Spaziergang. In der nahen Umgebung sind viele gute Restaurants und Kneipen. Das Hotel selbst strahlte einen gemütlichen, antiken Charme aus. Das Zimmer war zwar klein, aber es war sauber und ordentlich und mit allem, was man benötigte. Das Frühstück war sehr gut, und ein toller Start in den Tag. Wir können das Hotel uneingeschränkt empfehlen!

Want a place to stay close to the Naschmarkt?

This hotel is just outside the Ringstrasse and a few blocks away from the Naschmarkt. It is within walking distance of all the major sites in Vienna. It is clean and has everything that you would need during your visit. The room we had was on the 1st floor just off the lobby, but was a quiet room away from the street - window looked out on the atrium. It had separate bath and WC. This is in an older building and we had no issues with the wi-fi. The staff was very accommodating to our requests. The breakfast provided in the dining room was very good! The only downside was that the mattresses and pillows were very soft, but when you're tired, you'll fall asleep. We recommend this hotel.

フロントスタッフの対応がフレンドリーで親切。清潔な部屋には3段階に切り替え可能なエアーコンディショナー、ドライヤー、1L程のポットがあり便利でした。 ミニバーもありますが冷蔵庫としての効きはイマイチ。部屋でもWi-Fi使用可能ですが、多くの人が使う時間帯は悲惨。

Este hotel fica proximo a opera e muitos pontos turisticos. Da para fazer quase tudo a pe. Tem uma relacao custo/beneficio otima e oferece um bom cafe da manha. Ja havia hospedado antes no hotel, dessa vez ficamos nas suites, bem mais espaçosas.
