The room was very spacious and well-equipped, if a little dated - but decent value. Our main complaint is that the hotel's details said parking was available - when no adequate parking was available. All they had were spaces where you are required to move your car every two hours - not practical! The staff were not overly concerned or knowledgeable when it came to helping us find alternative parking either.

Better take the other Starlight hotel at Rengasse

Pros: Its placement, close to the main public transport points, and to St. Stephen square.
Cons: Almost everything: room air conditioning, proper ventilation, and fix all the broken electronics, like fridge and lights.
We got the room earlier than the checkin time, which was nice, considering that we arrived in the morning time. The room was on the top floor, a family suite. It was a large, single space room, with no separation between the bedroom and living area. The bed made out from the coach for the smaller child was too short, and the bar fridge was not working, was as warm as the room, which was impossible to cool. The bathroom's ventilation did not work without having the room ventilation turned on, which blew warm air no matter if it was set to 5 degrees cold. The room was so hot the chocolate we bought in one of the shop methed into the box. We reported all these issues, from which only the the bed was fixed, the warm air intake was due to the hotel’s winter mode air conditioning system. However neither the bathroom nor the fridge got fixed, despite I’ve reported it daily, when every time the receptionist was surprised that these don’t work, made a note, but never found any notes made by others. The breakfast space is small, always full. The personnel wasn’t on top in organizing the crowd, we were asked to sit down on a coach and wait till they clean a table for four, but they never came to us to take us to the table, while other newcomers were freely taking the tables cleaned meantime. From the two Starlight hotels in Wien, I would take the one from Rengasse street, that one is much closer to a 4 star hotel than this one.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral bei U-Bahn, Flughafenbus und man ist schnell bei den Sehenswürdigkeiten. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und zuvor kommend.

Emplacement parfait. Taille des suites tres confortable. Petit déjeuner hors de prix Café et lait de courtoisie non renouvelés tasses mal lavées

Nahe an U-Bahn Station ( Schwedenplatz), Spar zum Einkaufen und gute Restaurants um die Ecke. Wir hatten zu Dritt eine grosse Classic- Suite zum Hinterhof. Lüftung im Zimmer, Wasserkocher. Nettes und hilfsbereites Personal. Wenn wieder Wien, dann auch wieder dieses Hotel.
