You lost future business, over poor customer servi
Two issues with my stay. One was the A/C unit in the room. Made a great deal of noise. The second was at checkout. I get to the lobby door and it was locked. I rang and someone came to the door. The greeting was, “ what do you want” . I said I was checking out, and I hand him my keys. Then he says “ anything else “. I asked if I could grab an orange that was on the table right inside the door. The guy replied, “we are not open”. With that he closed the door. The time was, 5:49AM. He was not wearing a name tag, nor did he give his name. Yes I was ten minutes before opening time. I don’t think that I was too far out of line. Since my request was to step five steps into the lobby, grab an orange, and leave. I will remember this treatment, the next time a book a room. And I will 99% book with another company.
