VILLA BRICCO ASTIANI
Villa Bricco Astiani: a contemporary refuge in the heart of the splendid landscapes of Monferrato.
Immersed in the fascinating landscapes of Monferrato, Villa Bricco Astiani is a splendid contemporary property located just 30 minutes from the Langhe and 15 minutes from Asti.
Surrounded by vineyards and picturesque landscapes, this villa offers large indoor and outdoor spaces, including a large swimming pool, an orchard and more than one outdoor dining area. Take advantage of the opportunity to participate in wine tastings or sample local cuisine in the charming cellar.
The spaces:
Spread over three levels, the villa features a spacious kitchen with island, a living room and a dining room with a fireplace on the ground floor. On this floor you will also find the terrace leading to the garden and the swimming pool, two double bedrooms, a bathroom with bathtub, a second dining room and another terrace with access to the garden.
On the first floor, accessed via a stunning staircase custom-designed by a famous local architect, there are two main bedrooms, a bathroom with shower and bathtub and a further living room with a king-size sofa bed with TV and access to the stunning panoramic terrace. The basement contains a laundry area with washer and dryer and a magnificent cellar with table.
N.b: air conditioning is only present in the room with sofa bed on the first floor but we have fans for all bedrooms.
