Great property

We had a great two weeks in Miguel's apartment. It had everything we needed for our stay and the balcony with it's views over the bay was a great bonus. Bars, restaurants and supermarket were all within easy walking distance. In the bars and restaurants we frequented we found the owners and staff very friendly and even got on first name terms with them. We will definitely be back.

Lovely large balcony with views to the fishing harbour . No need for a car as supermarket a five minute walk away. All in all a perfect location.

We had a fantastic Christmas holidays in this beautiful lovely apartment. The property owner was so helpful and responded to all our requests in few mins . The sea views and the harbour from the balcony was so beautiful and calming. We will definitely come back again and will recommend this apartment to everyone and rate it on a 5 star ⭐️ holiday apartment. Lastly I will say a big thanks to Pablo for his assistance when we arrived at the property

Lovely well-equipped apartment

Beautiful location. You can hear the sea from the bedroom at night which was so calming. Very practical place with everything you could need. Sandy beach just below the complex is amazing. The pool was not open when we were there but it looked lovely. The balcony is a wonderful outdoor space but just a note for sun lovers that (in April, at least) it does not get the sun until late morning. The owner was very helpful and responsive to enquiries. Would very much recommend this place.

Beautiful Villajoyosa

Three weeks in this most beautiful Apartment, situated in a peaceful, interesting and ever changing village was a lovely memory making experience. One we would love to return to in a future visit to this part of Spain. Mr Perez and his Wife, Victoria ensured that the Apartment had everything one would need to enjoy a comfortable and ease of use environment. It was well appointed and offered a very peaceful and scenic view from a fantastic, large balcony. The busy Port was a main attraction with the fishing trawlers coming and going each day - always something to see and take delight in. Flott leilighet

Vi trivdes veldig godt i leiligheten som vi bodde i 4 uker. Alt av utsyr, bortsett fra hårføner. Fint innredet. Så kjekt å bo på enden av stranda og fikk da også med oss fiskebåtene som kom inn med dagens fangst. Eneste som manglet var sengeskift. Vi gleder oss til å komme tilbake neste år.

Formidable séjour au bord de mer

Très belle découverte, appartement superbe, rien ne manque, propreté irréprochable. Parking souterrain sécurisé pour la voiture, accès à la mer en 5 minutes à pied de l'appartement. Tout est faisable à pied, nous étions à 15 minutes à pieds du marché des halles (super poisson, viande....) Miguel le propriétaire est très gentil.Rien à redire, on reviendra avec PLAISIR

Geräumiges Apartment mit wundervollem Meerblick

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in Villajoyosa. Das Apartment ist schön geräumig mit einem großen Balkon. Von dort hat man eine traumhafte Ausicht auf die Küste,Strand und Meer. Der Kontakt zu Miguel war gut und die Übergabe einfach und problemlos. Super ist der dazugehörige Tiefgaragenstellplatz. Es gibt im Haus 2 Aufzüge. Der Strand ist innerhalb von 2 min über eine Treppe erreichbar. Auch die Poolanlage ist nett hergerichtet. Supermarkt 5 min. fußläufig erreichbar. Absolut empfehlenswert!

Alles was aanwezig. We hebben genoten van onze vakantie. Als ik dan toch één minpuntje zou geven , ik vind het 2 persoonsbed te smal. Verder heb ik zeker geen opmerkingen. Tevens en goede vlotte communicatie met de eigenaar Miguel.

erster Spanien Urlaub

Es ist eine sehr gut aufgeteilte Wohnung.Mit zwei Schlafzimmer n und zwei Badezimmern mit jeweils einer Dusche. An die Küche grenzt ein Abstellraum mit Waschmaschine und Wäschetrockner. Das Wohnzimmer hat eine Klimaanlage ( wenn man die Zimmertüren offen lässt kann man die anderen Zimmer mitkühlen). Den Balkon kann man vom Elternschlafzimmer und dem Wohnzimmer erreichen. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war jederzeit problemlos möglich. Auch Abends und äußerst kurzfristig. Der Blick vom Balkon ist spektakulär. Außerdem gab es einen Parkplatz in der Tiefgarage was bei Temperaturen von weit über 30 Grad echt toll ist. Zum Strand sind es nur wenige Meter, allerdings sollte man gut zu Fuß sein da doch etliche Stufen zu bewältigen sind, dafür gibt es im Haus zwei Aufzüge. Die Poolanlage die nur für die Hausbewohner ist, ist ebenfalls sehr schön angelegt. Ingesamt waren wir von den Urlaub ganz begeistert und würden die Wohnung wieder mieten. Am Strand gibt es auch die Möglichkeit Jetski oder Pararasailing zu machen, war beides ein tolles Erlebnis.

Ik heb hier met volle teugen van mijn vakantie genoten!

De ligging van het appartement ligt op een uitstekende plek direct aan zee. Ik heb vanaf het grote balkon voortreffelijk kunnen genieten van het uitzicht op het strand en de haven ! Het appartement was schoon en zag er goed verzorgd uit. Alles wat je nodig had, was aanwezig. Het contact met Miquel was goed. Al mijn vragen werden direct door hem beantwoord. Bedankt Miquel ! voortreffelijk overwinteren in super appartement in Villajoyosa

In februari en maart 2022 verbleven in appartement van Miguel. Een super appartement op 3-hoog met lift met alles wat je je maar kan wensen: heel schoon, uitzicht op de vissershaven, strand, boulevard, zee. Het balcon op het zuiden, met alleen maar privacy. Prima communicatie met Miguel. Een toptijd gehad en we komen zeker weer terug overwinteren bij hem. Wout & Karrie
