Location agréable avec une belle vue très bien située ( commerces et plage a proximité) Intérieur très bien refait par rapport aux dernière fois ou nous sommes venu. Malheureusement en fin de saison le ménage reste a désirer (couettes et house de clic clac très tachées. Four n'a jamais été nettoyé (graisse cuite et recuite...)

Bien dans l'ensemble mais literie, coussins , oreillers et couettes très très tachés (auréoles douteuses......). Bonde salle de bain pas nettoyée...... Parking à disposition très sécurisant.

Très belle vue de cet appartement, commerces et plage à proximité ; propre à l'arrivée , mais papiers déchirés, vaisselle en trop petite quantité, pas pratique hors saison pour accrocher les vêtements .... Si tout cela a été remédié nous y reviendrons avec plaisir

Appartement très bien placé dans Villers 2000, tous commerces de proximité à disposition y compris une laverie si besoin. Concernant l’appartement en lui même, un grand ménage de fond est nécessaire, surtout dans la salle de bain.

Bien situé dans résidence sécurisée. Appartement agréable demandant un bon coup de fraîcheur Fin de saison nous trouvons le papier peint arraché, le ménage mal fait le matelas du clic clac protégé par 3 alèses sales pleines de cheveux, les housses des 2 clic clac très tachées, les plinthes sales,lampe de chevet sans ampoule, cadre au mur cassé…

Quand nous sommes arrivé l'appartement n'était pas très propre du sable par terre dans toutes les pièces la table trop petite pour y manger a 6 personnes et pas assez d'eau chaude pour 6 douches les vitres très sales les lits pas très confortables et c'est très bruyant on entend les voitures qui passent point positif très belle vue et villers sur mer très agréable et très belle plage pour se promener très beau centre ville iu on y trouve de tout

Exactement comme le descriptif

Séjour très agréable, très bon rapport qualité-prix. Mon premier critère était la vue sur mer et je n'ai pas été déçue. Un petit désagrément: manque d'indications pour trouver la résidence, surtout avec un sens de l'orientation comme le mien ! Tout était parfait, le petit centre commercial à côté, le parking, l'accès à la plage, la grandeur de l'appart, le balcon. Petit bémol sur la connexion Internet qui est proche de zéro (mais cela était indiqué dans les avis) bon moyen pour décrocher !

Nous sommes arrivés dans un appartement sale sur les sols, la cuisine, salle d'eau et les matelas très envahis de cheveux poils etc, et pour comble l'aspirateur etait d'une odeur horrible ainsi que le nécessaire pour laver les sols. La terrasse très sale également nous avons réserver une box pour avoir la wifi celà ne fonctionne pas par le fait que l'installation de l'immeuble est défectueuse et pour terminer problème de réception de télévision

Séjour Villers sur mer

Appartement bien situé et lumineux en face de la mer mais problème d’insonorisation (isolation médiocre) porte fenêtre défaillante on entendait les bruits de la circulation… on entendait l’ascenseur et les bruits dans les escaliers cela réveillait les enfants….. fenêtre mérite d’être changé .. literie de bonne qualité pour le lit mais pas pour le canapé lit ou une planche est mis à disposition car lattes cassées (dos en compote ) lave vaisselle défectueux .. hotte aspirante ne fonctionne pas…
