The TV was in non working condition. Was told streaming was available, but needed login codes and was unable to get any TV service. No coffee available for breakfast with a sign posted that said “sorry machine issue” that should have been taken care of the night before. For the price of the room, I felt this was unacceptable and my comfort was dismissed and didn’t matter. When checking out, I was not even asked if everything was okay. Just thanked for the keys. Very disappointed. Sure hope they make some changes, or they will have lots of empty rooms!

The hotel was clean and the room was great. Friendly staff when checked in and out. Breakfast was nice. Waffles, oatmeal, fruit, pastries, bagels, juices and coffee. Great location to Zion. Quick drive and so much cheaper than staying right outside Zion. Would come here again.
Ate outside on the patio for breakfast. Beautiful view.

The hotel was clean and rooms were nice. The tv did not work for the three nights we were staying. We talked to the front desk staff twice and were basically told they wouldn’t do anything about it unless we signed up for their Marriot/Bonvey program. I don’t need to be a part of this rewards program to watch tv. How about giving us a room where the tv worked? I also observed the front desk worker engaging in a conflict with another guest. Staff at the desk was very unprofessional.
