Very clean, brand new, the loft was great for the kids. Loved the complimentary snacks and all the amenities. The only thing that could have made it better is if there were w/d on site but the laundromat in Hurricane was nice and easy. Highly recommend The Riv!

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location was perfect—close to Zion National Park with beautiful views all around. The room was clean, comfortable, and very peaceful, which made it easy for us to relax after a long day. One thing we especially appreciated was the well-equipped kitchen, which made our stay even more convenient and comfortable. We also loved the calm and quiet atmosphere. The Riv was wonderful! We enjoyed these small mini homes and it was exactly what we needed with all the luxuries and comforts one would want in the desert. We were able to cook, and the view from our patio was beautiful! Enjoyed every minute of our stay.
