Everything about the host and the stay went very well we was able to check in early on our arrival we called and spoke with a gentleman who guide us with the code entry the house was beautiful clean and accommodated our family group I was able to bring my dog during our stay I will if need book with this company Vrbo again in the future thank you very much

The property was nice and good location but it was very dirty. There was dog.poop.all over the yard. There was trash scattered around the property. Inside there were hair balls everywhere. The bathrooms were not clean and there was a dirty razor left. Under the furniture was dirt, a towel, flip flop, and other trash. The T v service was not easy to navigate i will hesitate to use Vacasa again

Location great. Not the cleanest. Pool light falling out with wires hanging out in the pool and liner falling off. The good: Photos matched images posted. Location was excellent. Easy walk to the beach and quick drive to the two local restaurants. The extra fridge and freezer by the pool is a huge perk. The MEH: We knew this house was pet friendly and that is why we booked it. However, there was dark dog hair all over the carpet and couch when we arrived, as well as dog poop all over the backyard. We spent the evening of our first night trying to vacuum the hair up and picking up all the dog poop. The house itself was not very clean. Some sand is to be expected, but cookware and counters needed to be wiped down. Kitchen utensils and cookware are on short supply so make sure you stay on top of your dishes. The BAD: The pool liner was falling off in 3 places AND the pool light was hanging out - you could see the wires. As a pool owner, this is incredibly unsafe. It seems the electric to the light was turned off somehow, but because we weren’t sure how this was done, it made us feel really uneasy to have kids in the pool with this wires submerged and free in the water.

Disappointing

I am not sure where the cleaning services fee goes because the furniture and floors were disgusting when we arrived.The kitchen needs an upgrade- the oven did not work, barely any utensils and the mugs and dishes were chipped.Overall, disappointing given the amount of money we paid and the pictures posted on the site.

Horrible experiemce, still no resolution

I thought it would be a great idea to bring all my friends and family together in one of Vacasa”s Sandbridge beach houses for a long thanksgiving weekend of food, football and fun. We arrived on November 27th, unloaded everything into the house and found there was no internet or cable. Notified the house manager messaging who told me they were working on it and would let me know. Discovered the next day the entire cable line was cut and wrapped with caution tape. I called/texted every day but no one tried to HELP resolve the internet issue. On further inspection, the house had clearly not been inspected between guests to ensure all the amenities on the listing were available. Decorations were still hanging from the previous guests, the windows and indoor lights were filthy, and ceiling grates were clogged with dirt and dust. Several of the outside fence boards were broken and we didn’t think it would be safe to let our dogs out, especially with the neighbors dogs.When a maintenance man arrived on Friday, he laughed at the situation and said he really couldn’t do anything but the owner had to have known there was no cable. Two of my guests couldn’t use the internet for work on Friday and had to cut their trip short and go back home to do their work. FaceTime calls couldn’t be made on Thanksgiving not to mention no parade or football game traditions. We also ended our trip early. Horrible experience with zero resolution. How can a business operate this way?

Pleasant Stay

Our family (10 members total) stayed for 1 week in this house. We loved the location to the beach and the public beach access. House was very clean and plenty of space. Only suggestion/change was to have outside lighting under the deck by the pool. We wanted to sit outside by the pool and swim at night but were unable to due to no lighting, it would be if they could improve/fix this, so others could swim and sit by the pool at night. Other than that it was a great stay and experience, we will be back. pool light didnt work so we couldn'toutside.

the property was fine, would recommend a refrigerator with an ice maker ( the controls for the freezer can be read) Local staff helped with the garbage issue. Plenty of space for 12 people to enjoy being together without being on top of each other.
