Iâll start with the goodâŠthe condo is beautiful and was perfect for our family! Now things where we go downhillâŠ
1. Do not count on any response from the Host. I messaged twice about check in, only to receive radio silence. We knew we would get in late and I wanted to make sure they knew. After 3 hours of no response we called the âHostâ which was a 3rd party security company that said they could let us in. At least now we knew we could get in.
2. I also messaged about check out instructions and again no response.
3 Read EVERY word of the âabout this propertyâ. Linens are NOT included. I thought I had read the details on the property but turns out I missed the very bottom of the description. We learned this at 1:00 am after we checked in and had no towels or bed sheets. I called the front desk and again the 3rd party security could not help us. After a 7 hour drive, going to WalMart was not an option. We made do and called the front desk at 8:30 am only to not have someone answer. After trying twice, I walked down to the front desk, only to be told she couldnât help me. only the property manager could. She had no idea when she would be in, so we went on to have a late breakfast. I tried again and finally got a phone call back after leaving a second message, only to find out the rentals are through a third party. It would be MUCH better to put this information in red and in bold letters at the top of the rental.
Donât expect communication and bring your own linens.
