The room was spacious, queen, and comfortable. The ocean front room had a wonderful view. The only disappointment was the weather, but certainly not the hotel‘s fault. The staff was very accommodating.

The staff was excelent. A maid even helped with my luggage with a cart and to the elevator. My husband is on a walker and this was way above and beyond . Very gracious lady. Breakfast was delicious. The property was so very perfect,new,clean,well lit,felt extremely safe and easy to navigate.

Everything and every staff member I encountered was top notch….except for the beds! The most uncomfortable mattress I think I have ever slept on at a nicer hotel. I’ve slept on better in motels along the 95 corridor but don’t let that stop you from staying at Hyatt Place ESPECIALLY if you get a corner oceanfront room. Sleeping with the balcony door open the last 2 nights listening to the waves was the most peaceful and serene nights I’ve had in many years (I live in northern Va where there isn’t peace or serenity). 10/10 would recommend. While down here if a waiter/waitress recommends a dish at a restaurant DO NOT GET IT bc each time I followed it was the worst version of what I ordered.
