Easy and timely check-in process, nice unit with space and open feeling. Great amenities. The floor was a bit dirty upon check-in, and we wish the pool bar/restaurant was still open, but everything else was fantastic.
Our condo was beautiful and everything we used was in the condo was in good working order. The Sanctuary was a nice location. We were disappointed that the Cabanna was closed, one of the main sand wash off stations were not working, and the pool bathrooms were depending on location had broken doors. The grounds were maintained but the outside halls were covered with large spiders and a lot of mosquitos.
Condo was clean and spacious. Was nice to have a restaurant located within the property which was really nice. Can be a little loud at night. A keyless entry pad would be my suggestion. Otherwise perfect!
Peefect location! Condo was beautiful, clean and provided all amenities. We were there for Celebration of Life memorial. Calming and relaxing. Highly recommend!
The condo very nice. The floors however were not cleaned. We had to clean them ourselves. Everything else in the unit was great. We were disappointed that the swim up bar was closed and has been since, we were told 2022. You should remove it from the description. The Vacasa people also said yearly check in maybe about when we stopped in to possibly check in we were rudely told that is never possible. Overall our stay was great.
This condo was great for my group of 5! It was in a quieter neighborhood (about 25 minutes from the busy boardwalk) but this was nice for us. When we needed something from the property manager, they responded immediately and helped with what we needed within a hour. Very responsive! Would definitely stay again!
All of the beds are extremely uncomfortable, my sister actually slept on the couch one night. The master bedroom bed is loud when rolling over. Also the master bed is extremely high. I am 5â10â and had a problem getting into bed, my wife who is 5â2â had to run and jump to get into bed. The floor looks clean to the naked eye but as soon as you take off your shoes, your feet bare or socked will be black within a couple feet of walking. Itâs like the floors havenât been mopped in months.
I know we booked in the off season but just beware that there will be construction going on Iâm guessing until summer season starts. The garage is a tight squeeze if you have a bigger SUV. The ceiling of the garage is falling off due to moisture and dripped nasty paint all over my car. We were only allowed 2 parking passes even though we had 3 cars. I called and asked for another pass but was told I was only allowed 2 and would have to find off site parking for the 3rd. I feel like with Vacasa we were just a number and they honestly really didnât care about the details. From now on Iâll only rent from individuals and not companies.
The condo was very clean and as nice as the pictures. Beautiful place to chill (no pun intended) for a weekend. Vacasa was extremely responsive to the one issue we had (hot water! Vacasa got someone out immediately and fixed it). It was a lovely, comfortable stay and we strongly recommend.
I would rent a unit that faces the sun. The condo was dark and damp, not inviting if you have asthma or arthritis. No walk in shower, had to go to building A for a shower. Noise level of workers were high in the afternoon,
We booked this property because there was a pool as well as the ocean. The day before we checked in, we were told that the pool wasn't ready (even though listing said mid May) and neither were the BBQ facilities. Rather than cancel, two separate Vascasa representivies -- Rennee and Hannah -- told me they could give me a credit of $75 per night. I checked in 4 times during our stay re: status. I was told "in process." Nearly 3 weeks later, I was told there was no record of any request. One helpful agent finally agreed to credit me $150 for the stay, since the pool and BBQs are still out. The time and stress this caused soured the experience.
