Welcome to this family‑friendly 3‑bedroom beach house tucked inside the ViBe Creative District on 16th Street in Virginia Beach. Just three blocks from the beach and boardwalk, the home sits in a quiet residential pocket of the South End—an area known for its charm, safety, and walkability. You'll be steps from local restaurants, coffee shops, the Sports Center, Atlantic Park and Dome Site, and the Convention Center, making this a lively and convenient place to stay. Linens, onsite parking, complimentary amenities, and free WiFi are all included. Vacation like a local and make it a trip to remember.

The cottage comes fully furnished and thoughtfully equipped for comfort. The spacious driveway and garage provide private parking, and inside you'll find free WiFi and cable. The first floor opens into a welcoming living room with a large flat‑screen TV, surround sound, and streaming capabilities. A full kitchen and dining area offer plenty of room to cook and gather. Two guest bedrooms are located on this level—one with a queen bed and another with a full‑and‑twin bunk setup. A doggie door off the kitchen leads to the fenced backyard, giving your four‑legged family member easy access to play and explore.

Out back, enjoy a private patio with seating for six and a gas grill (propane included) for outdoor dining. This area is fully enclosed for any four-legged family members tagging along for the stay!

Upstairs, the primary suite features a king bed with custom bedding, a spacious bathroom, and a cozy reading nook—perfect for remote working, unwinding, or enjoying a quiet moment.

We provide two towel sets per bedroom, along with a starter supply of toilet paper, trash bags, and paper towels. Guests are responsible for replenishing supplies as needed.

Very clean property inside and outside. The cleanliness made is feel like my own home and I was very comfortable with using everything. The kitchen is very well equipped. The master bedroom is large and comfortable. The Jacuzzi tub was not working so that wasn't good. There wasn't a grill brush to keep the grill clean, as asked, but I communicated it to the owner and she sent an instacart order with a bundle of grill essentials that arrived about an hour after we spoke.

Perfect and exactly as described

We were staying in VA Beach for my son’s wedding and this place was simply perfect. So well appointed, comfortable beds, kitchen had everything we needed, nothing to ask for. We missed the instructions for the internet and the host responded super promptly. Within walking distance to LOTS of restaurants. You won’t regret this stay.

Cute house and amazing location

This was such a lovely property and the location was wonderful. We walked to the farmers market, the beach, and a variety of coffee shops. Our host was very responsive and friendly. One thing we would have liked improved was the soaps. The dish soap, hand soap, body wash etc were all watered down. In fact, we spoke with friends who had stayed there before and they said they had also put that in their review. We had to go out and buy our own hand soap. Other than that it was a lovely stay.

Perfect for us

We were in Virginia Beach for a larger family reunion and the location of this house was just a stone's throw from family that live in the area so that was a bonus for us. The house is in a fantastic neighborhood with lots of restaurants, shops, and of course the beach and boardwalk all within easy walking distance. We brought our own bikes and beach chairs/tent that we could easily store in the garage. The house is very clean, very well-appointed, and very comfortable. We had four adults and three teens staying and everyone was comfortable and had plenty of space for hanging out both inside and outside. The upstairs master bedroom is enormous and worked great for my older parents to have as their own "quiet space" away from the activity of the younger generation! The owner and manager are friendly and responsive. We had a little hiccup with the garage door not opening and the property manager came out to fix it immediately. We would absolutely stay here again!!

Great house in the ViBe District!

This gorgeous house is just as pictured, had everything we needed, and is conveniently located in the ViBe District of Virginia Beach. We were within walking distance of several great restaurants, coffee shops, and breweries. We also walked to the Farmers Market on Saturday, and there were a lot more vendors than we anticipated! It's about 1/2 mile to the oceanfront and we had quite a bit of stuff, so we chose to drive to one of the paid parking lots closer to the beach every day. We had a great time during our stay...highly recommend!

Location was great - loved that it was close enough to the bridge but away from the noise of the main strip. The split level bedrooms are great for elders.
