Olimme kolmannessa kerroksessa ja parvella oli mahdotonta nukkua kuumuuden vuoksi joten raahasimme pedit sieltä alakertaan. Kukaan ei kysynyt oliko liian kuuma/saimmekin nukuttua. Nuori henkilökunta informoi minimaalisesti. Vastauksia sai kysyttäessä ja etukäteisinfo oli ristiriitaista. Aamiainen hyvä mutta toimivuudessa katkoja. Parasta oli sijainti eli meri ja kasvitieteellinen puutarha.

Hi Kaija, I'm sorry that you were effected by the heat during your stay. And more sorry that you didn't get help from our staff in a good way. We do have AC to put in the room but not as standard since we have very few days with this type of heat every year. Sorry again. Welcome back
