Stay was average. Just stayed the night so didn’t need much service. Room was clean, parking easy, Wendy’s and Dutch bros right next door. Only thing is fire alarm went off at 8am but I don’t know what happened. Maybe a kid pulled it during breakfast

I was not impressed with the room or the staff either. The wifi is almost nonexistent.. putting aside wifi I couldn't get enough bars to make a phone calls. Mention to the front desk and blank stare back at me. Face it we use cell phones I was traveling alone and need to let family know I arrived safely. Couldn't do that without having to go out to a dark parking lot where a group of young people were hanging out. Being a senior I was a bit concerned That was fine but the inconvenience of having to leave my room go down stairs just to make a phone call

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel! However, our mini fridge wasn’t working but didn’t mind as we had our yeti cooler with us anyways! Also, I have a small child and they didn’t have a plug for the bath so she had to take a shower which was a bummer. Little things but could be improved.

I don't understand Expedia's not guaranteeing the type of room that we booked. Why should I use Expedia if you cannot guarantee the rooms? But also, why does the hotel not honor Expedia customers' room choices? The fault lies with both Expedia and the hotel. We made it work thanks in part to the hotel staff looking for cancellations, but what am I to do if I'm booking 8 or more rooms for my student trips and I have a certain number of students who need to stay in the rooms?

When we got to our first room, the sheets and beds were not clean. When we talked to the front desk, they were very apologetic and responded quickly to fix the problem. They moved us to another room within 5 minutes and got us all taken care of. thanks

Property is new and clean. Personnel at the front desk need more training are quick on the trigger when you let the person at the desk you are checking out, you cannot access the room because they locked the room from their front desk right away. I had to carrier all my luggage at once to make sure I will not have to wait because for somebody within the hotel to reset the key it happened when I change my check out date. In general it was good.

This hotel was fine. When we checked in the person working the desk seemed a little overwhelmed by how many people she had checked in during the last hour. When she shared hotel information from us, she rushed and seemed to be going through an exhaustive list. The room and the linens seemed clean. The place they lost point for us was in the details. Just 2 towels even though 3 people were staying in the room. The luggage stand was broken. The fridge did not keep anything cold. Although we were able to get a different luggage stand and more towels, the fridge was never addressed other than to offer to have us pack up and change rooms. Also, be careful going back to your room from the pool. My daughter slipped on the tile floor. There is a wet floor sign, but a longer mat would be safer. As I said, the hotel was fine; it looked great, just didn't feel luxurious.
