Poor Customer Service From Property Management & Dirty
Poor Communication & ManagementOur stay at this 5-bedroom rental was plagued by terrible communication and unresolved issues. Despite multiple requests, property management was unresponsive or provided incorrect information, making an already frustrating situation worse.Upon check-in, we encountered sub-par cleaning, dirt and spider webs, a non-heated, unusable pool, and a 700 AC fee despite never using it. The appliances were difficult, closets had no hangers, and when the internet failed, management dismissed our concerns, insisting everything was fine. After an hour of searching, we found the modem hidden in the garage and rebooted it ourselves—something they should have helped with.Repeated requests for a management call went ignored, including after check-out. As owners of multiple vacation rentals, we know that communication and guest support are key—this company has neither. Vacations by Kimberly did not serve us with professionalism or assistance.
