Covered terrace, pergola, barbecue, 2 hectares of grounds reserved for the gîte, including 1000 m² enclosed area with a swing set and parking. Garage, sun loungers, 2 bicycles, table tennis.

Board games, mini stereo system. 4G internet access.
Table linen provided. Firewood provided for one fire; electricity to be paid on site based on meter reading.
