In the smell of pines and rosemary, quiet, the 120m2 villa can accommodate 8 people, has 3 bedrooms, a bathroom, a shower room, w. vs. independent. There is a beautiful fully equipped kitchen and a large living / dining room opening onto a terrace from which the view is splendid. A 12x6m pool allows you to really swim. The pétanque field in a large terraced garden of 3000m2 open on the garrigue recalls all the charm of Provence. We can park two vehicles and in low season we can take advantage of the fireplace. Many walks or bike rides are to be done from home and it is also an ideal point to discover this magnificent region.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour entre amis. Le beau temps nous a permis de profiter des extérieurs très agréables : grande piscine, terrasse et terrain de pétanque avec une magnifique vue. L’arrivée et le départ de la maison ainsi que la semaine se sont très bien passés en relation avec Robin qui est même venu 2 fois dans la semaine pour se charger de l’entretien de la piscine.

arnaque et escroquerie.......

Nous sommes très mécontents car nous nous sommes faits voler ! La propriétaire n'a pas respecté le contrat car la piscine était tournée, elle nous l'a appris deux jours avant notre arrivée en nous promettant qu'après quelques jours d'attente l'eau serait de nouveau claire! Au prix de la location nous voulions que tout soit livré en parfait état comme le stipule le contrat et les obligations du propriétaire. Si ce n'est pas en parfait état, le contrat co_signé peut être annulé.Or cette propriétaire est plus que malhonnête puisqu'elle refuse de nous rendre les arrhes!! C'est du vol, nous ferons tout pour récupérer notre argent, elle nous a déjà fait rater nos vacances.....une plainte est déposée contre cette personne malveillante pour abus de confiance, la vraie note est 0 sur 5!!!! On ne peut pas mettre une telle note sur le site!

Séjour mitigé au regard du niveau du coût de location

Nous avons réservé cette maison pour 2 semaines en août avec des enfants et le souhait de disposer d'une piscine compte tenu de la chaleur et des enfants. Concernant la maison, celle-ci est située à flanc de colline avec une vue magnifique mais un peu excentrée des principaux sites touristiques dans l'est du Luberon. C'est une maison bien équipée avec un salon-salle à manger de bonne taille et une terrasse permettant de prendre ses repas avec une très belle vue. L'accès au site de parking en contre bas était en mauvais état mais le propriétaire nous avait prévenu un peu avant notre arrivée. Sans réparation, il faut mieux disposer d'un 4x4 pour y accéder. Cette maison comporte une piscine dont l'entretien nous a posé des problèmes: - Le propriétaire nous avait vendu le passage régulier d'un technicien pour le nettoyage ... ce qui n'a pas été le cas. La piscine étant située à proximité immédiate de pins, il était nécessaire de passer un temps quotidien important pour nettoyer les nombreuses aiguilles qui flottent ou tombent au fond de la piscine et éviter de nager dans une soupe ... - la seconde semaine, le système de filtrage de la piscine a commencé à montrer des signes de faiblesse, l'eau se troublant puis est tombé en panne. L'eau a alors viré au vert et la piscine est devenu impraticable !!! soit près de 4.5 jours sans pouvoir l'utiliser alors que c'était un élément primordial de notre choix de location. Nous avons prévenu le propriétaire qui nous a indiqué être désolé mais qu'il n'y pouvait rien ! Le technicien qui s'occupait de la piscine nous a quand même dit qu'il s'agissait d'un vieux système de mauvaise facture et que cela n'était pas étonnant et qu'il avait prévenu le propriétaire sur la nécessité de changer l'ensemble du système. Le liner ayant été changé l'année précédente lorsqu'il avait déclaré qu'il ne pourrait plus assurer la maintenance si tel n'était pas le cas. Le propriétaire ne nous a proposé aucun dédommagement pour ce préjudice. En synthèse, cette location est apparue mitigée car chère au regard des prestations réellement disponibles.
