Nice and quietly located cottage with good standard. It is surrounded by open countryside in Flattinge. S04493 is the only neighboring house. You can preferentially rent both houses, for example if you as a fishing group make joint trips. View of lake Flåren from the terrace. Fishing will be for perch, pike and eel. 200 m to barbecue area and boat at the lake. License can be purchased locally from the owner. There is a good swimming spot at the lake, you can also have a good barbecue and picnic there. A ramp can be provided. Good places to visit are the Elinge Moose Park and the Sven Ljungberg Museum.
