This charming 4-room semi-detached vacation rental spans 100 m2 across 3 levels and comfortably accommodates up to 7 guests across 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find a welcoming living room equipped with a flat screen satellite TV, alongside a fully fitted kitchen featuring an oven, 4 gas rings, a dishwasher, a microwave, a freezer, and an electric coffee machine. The kitchen also includes a dining table and an open-hearth fireplace, creating a warm and convivial atmosphere. From this level, you have direct access to the terrace, perfect for outdoor relaxation. A shower room with WC is also located on this floor. On the upper floor, accessible by ladder, 2 bedrooms are available: the first features 1 single bed and 1 double bed, while the second is furnished with 1 double bed. A second shower room with WC serves this level. The top floor, also accessible by ladder, offers a third bedroom with sloping ceilings and a ceiling height ranging from 80 to 180 cm, furnished with 2 single beds. Please be aware that when fewer than the maximum number of guests are staying at the property, one floor will not be available for use.
