Welcome to the cozy 'Souterrain' studio apartment – a quietly situated lower-ground-floor retreat in Volkertshausen, ideal for up to 3 guests. Enjoy a relaxing stay on approx. 25 m² in the idyllic Hegau countryside, just a few kilometers from Lake Constance.



Please note: The apartment is located on the lower ground floor and is accessible only via the shared main entrance and through our private rooms on the ground floor. We kindly ask you to respect each other's privacy.



The apartment features a combined living and sleeping area with a double bed and a comfortable sofa bed, making it perfect for small families or groups of friends. The bathroom has a shower. Bed linen and towels are available on request. The mini kitchenette includes a microwave grill, kettle, toaster, and Senseo coffee machine, but no stovetop. A cool box is provided.
