The Price Does Not Include:
- Mandatory extra cleaning in case of the presence of animals (€50.00 per week per animal)
- Tourist tax (€2.50 per person per day for the first 5 days. Children under 12 are exempt)



Peruccio is an enchanting country retreat located on a hill, a short distance from the ancient walls of Volterra, visible directly from the villa. Built in traditional Tuscan style, with exposed stone, wooden beams, and terracotta floors, this two-bedroom villa offers a cozy home away from home for a couple or small family. Guests can gather for meals and moments of relaxation in the cozy open-plan living area with kitchenette and dining area, or enjoy outdoor dining under the shaded porch. Overlooking a lawn and the fenced pool area, the manicured garden is a pleasant space to relax in the fresh air. With an open view of the valley, the location also allows easy access to the historic city of Volterra and the Etruscan Coast.

Interiors:
The villa is on one floor, accessible from the upper terrace through a porch. GROUND FLOOR — Open space living area with kitchenette, dining area and sitting area; a corridor leads to a double bedroom with en suite bathroom with shower, to a twin bedroom with joinable beds and to a second bathroom with shower.
Park:
The villa is surrounded by 1800 square meters of well-kept garden, planted with shrubs and flowering plants. A porch terrace, located outside the main entrance, is furnished for outdoor dining and overlooks the garden. A few steps away, the fenced pool area is located on a lower level, surrounded by a tiled solarium and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas. A separate laundry room is located in the garden, near the house. N.B.: Please note that the photo shoots are usually carried out in spring, so the colors and blooms of the gardens, lawns and parks may be different when you enter the villa.
Pool:
The fenced pool area is located about 20 meters from the house, on a lower level, and can be reached via a staircase of 12 stone steps. The rectangular pool measures 10 x 5 m with a depth varying from 1.20 to 1.60 m; it is covered in PVC, equipped with a chlorine purification system, an internal staircase for access and a cold water shower. The ceramic-tiled solarium is equipped with sun loungers, deckchairs and umbrellas. The pool is open from the last Saturday in April to the first Saturday in October.
