Paid ahead of time due to the discount Expedia was offering and when I get to the hotel the virtual card they use was declining. I tried to call Expedia and used the chat to get assistance and Expedia tried to help but I ended up paying more than what the offer was before, I was only able to get a certain amount refunded and some as a credit. I do not need a credit on Expedia I need my full refund, very disappointing and the hotel’s AC was not working properly nor the TV!
