The room was great, but the air conditioning was just ok. Lobby and public spaces were marginal and the breakfast was very minimal with limited options. For the price, i expected much better.

ASU away game

The Springhill Suite was perfect location for our stay! Attended football game Arizona State University at Baylor. Walking distance to stadium. Restaurants close by, walking and short drives. Staff were attentive, friendly, polite and professional.

Our specific room had a water leak so the floor was soaked in part of the room. The bed was so comfy, spacious room, very friendly staff, and couldn’t charge the Tesla rental we had. Overall pleasant experience!

Charged the wrong price at hotel.

I booked this hotel through Hotels.com. The price was set for two nights and pay at the property. I was charged way more for each night and the hotel will not correct the charges. This is very frustrating and costly. I love Hotels.com but pay attention when you pay at property.

Perfect location

Nice comfortable place to stay. Close by to many attractions and BU made it even better. The front desk personnel was very nice and accommodating !

Pros: The hotel stay was wonderful, and it was very quiet. The balcony view was excellent, and even though the hotel is right next to IH-10, we were not bothered by the road noise. We could not even hear it. Cons: The balcony door did not have a lock.
