Soundview Beach House is a luxurious boho-style, 4-bedroom home, that sits directly on the beach with a wraparound deck on front and back. The great room/master suite at the whole upstairs level is filled with extra-large, grand windows that span the length of the entire home. On the 2nd level, there is a large ensuite with a pull-out sofa bed, a large bathroom, and a dedicated desk for your working area.

With this home comes your own private beach that is for guests of this home only. You will be able to sit and take in the beachfront views and serene sunsets. Wrap around large windows facing the water that is something you will never forget! If visiting in the colder months, there is a beautiful fireplace in the living room to keep you warm as you cozy up with your favorite book.

It has everything you will need for a wonderful stay providing a comfortable living space for up to 10 guests. It features:
- 1 King bed
- 3 Queen beds
- 1 Sofa bed that can be converted into a sleeping space
- New kitchen/dining area with beautiful white cabinets and an island
- Centralized air conditioning and heating for comfort throughout the year

When you book a getaway with us, you are guaranteed essential amenities including WIFI and cable TV, but nearly all of our homes also come with kayaks and fishing poles to keep adventure close by. You are free to explore local destinations including the vineyards for wine tasting, farm stands to support local growers, a close-knit beach community, and more nature reserves to explore. The five-star restaurants are just 5 minutes away as well as the Hamptons, Greenport, Montauk, and/or Shelter Island.

IMPORTANT NOTES:
There is a pet fee of $200/pet per stay.
For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
For stays over 29 nights, there might be an extra damage waiver fee. We'll get in touch to discuss the options and details.

Cancellation Policy
Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.

Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. You’re covered with us - we’re invested in you having a worry-free stay!
