My wife and I spent four weeks at this condo. There were both positive and negative aspects to our stay. On the positive side, the partial ocean view from the lanai was great. There was ample, easy to access parking. In addition, the owner's rep, Roger, was very helpful, answering our questions and the like. On the negative side, THERE WAS NO CENTRAL AIR CONDITIONING! Only the ground floor bedroom had air conditioning. As a consequence, the rest of the condo--especially the loft bedroom-- was often uncomfortably warm. Hence, I cannot recommend this condo to others.
